“The overall experience was truly unique, especially the tunnel part — a definite highlight! We were also fortunate to have a guide who spoke good English, which made a big difference in understanding and enjoying the tour. However, the communication could have been better. Despite booking the trip a month in advance, we received a last-minute message informing us that we needed to pay an additional €400 because our family didn’t fit in the van. This was unexpected and disappointing, as such information should have been shared well ahead of time.”
